As a reaction to the planned Brexit of the United Kingdom, as of 28th of May 2019, Mobizcorp Europe Ltd. officially becomes Mobizcorp GmbH in the course of a cross-border merger. The new company thus became the legal successor of Mobizcorp Europe Ltd. and acquires its rights and obligations. We are convinced that this step will also contribute to further strengthening of our market position.
